Patricia Lucía Figueroa   Patricia has worked in film and advertising. Leading projects as art director, and previously made others as set decorator or costume designer, which allowed her to know how each area of production design works. Her experience in movies has been developed in Laberinto Films, Quijote Films, Invercine, Forastero, Kramer Productions and Southern Lights Entertainment.   Her work as an Art Director is reflected in CHAMELEON (2016), premiered at the BFI London Film Festival, for which she received 2 nominations at the Pedro Sienna Awards 2017 of the Chilean film industry and in several projects with Laberinto Films, such as the new movie SOME BEASTS, short films and music videos.

Jorge Riquelme Serrano   Jorge Riquelme Serrano works as a director, producer and scriptwriter on different film projects. In 2015, he created the production company Laberinto Films based in Santiago de Chile, which develops independent filmmaking in Latin America.  His opera prima Camaleón (Chameleon) (2016) achieved international prestige after debuting at the BFI London Film Festival 2016 where he competed for the Sutherland Award. He has also been selected for international festivals such as the Seattle International Film Festival, the Lima Film Festival, the New Latin American Film Festival in Havana and the International Film Festival of America in Mexico. Winner of the Best Director Award at the Pedro Sienna 2017 Awards for the Chilean film industry and nominated for Best Screenplay and Best Film.  His new feature film  Some beasts (2019) won three of the four competing prizes at the 35 Films in Construction of Toulouse and San Sebastián 2019. During the development stage, the film participated in the Malaga Festival Fund & Co-production Event 2018 and won First Place in Bolivia Lab 2017.

Laberinto is a Chilean production company for auteur films in Latin America. We are a collective of filmmakers and artists dedicated to telling social stories from a different point of view. We seek to work with international partners and support the creativity and quality of each film. We work in different stages of projects, from the conception of an idea to its completion, offering services for each stage of a production.
